Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The house is getting old, but I think the atmosphere is great. Very central. Would come again.

There is a gym, sauna, and the hotel has a dedicated parking lot. At the entrance of the hotel is a model and sculpture of Karl Benz's first car. Very historic.

I am very grateful to the staff for their kindness. Thanks to you, I've been doing well. It's just that the breakfast is simpler than I thought (?), so after staying for several days, there's not much to eat.

酒店作為開會的場所也許硬件不錯，但是客房住宿設施簡直還不如國內的經濟酒店。我入住的房間大部分的設施都是壞的（我同行的幾位朋友情況類似，有人晚上甚至直接被凍醒，德國5-8度的冬天自己想象一下），我在入住期間直接被凍感冒，訂的大床房間就是兩個小床拼接，晚上睡覺中間的縫簡直可以把人掉下去，到不得不提前退房逃走的時候浴室的暖氣都沒有修好。。。
酒店服務人員態度倒是一直不錯，但是問題一直不能解決。入住時候明明説的是刷預售，最後卻直接給我刷了消費，而最離譜的是酒店明明同意我提前退房衹收我3天房費，而且一再道歉給我帶來了不好的消費體驗，攜程居然以全額擔保為由不退回我最後一晚房費，這一理由訂房時沒有提示，提前退房時酒店也沒提及，請問到底是你們攜程在撒謊還是你們和德國的旅行社之間有什麼交易卻要我承擔？？？如果你們攜程沒有做海外業務的能力，給客户帶來如此體驗的同時，還要如此狡辯，那還是關門吧！
