酒店理位置很好，門前就是市中心聞名的中蘇步行街，出行購物很方便，酒店前台服務人員很熱情，因訂的是商務房，酒店為方便與我，給做了升級標準的豪華房，感謝酒店的人性化服務。

酒店位置好。客房服務人員都挺客氣。餐廳服務差，早上9點剛到，不顧客人還在吃早餐就開始收菜盤，還不斷催促客人，埋冤客人説你們怎麼來這麼晚。一個服務員還站在粥桶旁舀了粥喝起來。一副40年前國營招待所的樣子，真是從來沒住過這樣的酒店。其實此次呼倫貝爾之行，覺得內蒙人民都特別善良熱情，大概是觀念的問題吧，希望能慢慢改變，增強一點服務意識。房間很多設施都不好，花灑的水一大半噴到牆上，我們衹能用毛巾蓋在花灑上聚水才勉強洗完澡。確認的房型升級和提早入住都沒有兑現，不知是酒店的問題還是攜程的問題。
