$25/day resort fee due at check-in. The AC units shut themselves off after some undetermined amount of run-time. Had to keep flipping the breaker to get the AC to run. Temp never got to the setpoint and because it didn't run long enough, it never ****** the humidity out of the room.
Room was clean. Parking lot was crowded.

Bar/restaurant had consistently surprisingly good food. Pool was good. Bartenders nice. Room was decent. Property in disrepair in many ways. Bikes. Gym is in awful condition. Maybe more average for the Keys?

There is a tremendous amount of construction on and around the exterior of the property which makes for unpleasant views. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, but the room smelled dingy.

The room was decent. There was construction going on right outside our balcony (part of the property). The tiki bar did not have a blender ???? There were loose pavers all around the pool. The 1st night we were there, there wasn't any hot water at night. The maid showed up at 4:45pm to clean our room; right as we were getting ready to go out to diner. All in all, not a great experience for the price.

We arrived and check in was very quick and easy, but it was early, 4 pm on Friday after Thanksgiving.
You can have you need at your finger tips or within a bicycle ride( less than .5 mile)
Boat rental on site, tennis courts, Tiki Bar with music most nights overlooking very nice pool, Restaurant dining if you prefer, walk or ride bikes( provided) to get all your groceries and our kitchen was perfect for preparing meals.
We did not have a stove/oven but they provide 2 outdoor grills across from the room we stayed in.
Staff was pleasant!
We brought in a boat and used the slips(daily fee $$$) but they had pontoon rentals there also. Or you can fish right off of their docks.
We walked down board walk to a locals spot where they had entertainment also.

Was there three days and not once had room service. They would knock before 9am, we are vacationing, not up so early. We told them come back later and never came, three days no clean towels.At night fire alarm went off at 9am and the hotel has no staff after 11pm. Waited over half hour for fire department to arrive at that time. And last aunts I’m the restrooms. Overall the hotel is too old.

Room was great, property was so so, the people working there were super nice, some of the younger ones weren’t overly knowledgeable, the restaurant was excellent! If I brought a boat, wouldn’t stay here…super long way to get to the open waters. Value for everything was excellent.

The resort was very nice and the room was a great size for a family (4) very clean and secure. Our only issue was the shower temperature, once the water got hot you had to keep moving it to cold because it was either scolding hot or cold, no in between. The kitchenette was a plus with the mini fridge. Staff was excellent but the 2 gentlemen at the pool bar made our stay spectacular! The breakfast ladies always had a smile and got the orders done quick. My only complaint was our last day which we actually extended because the kids were loving the pool, someone had an accident and pooped in the pool! The adults and kids in that party just left.. left all their mess and water floaters there! Took the hotel maintenance quite awhile to scoop it out of the water and floor near the cabana. Needless to say after just being in the pool 15-20 minutes my kids were done, however, we still got charged the days resort fee! Most likely won’t stay again but will go visit our new poolside bar friends
