Great location; close to I75. Safe neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. Nice remolded room,great shower. Very nice breakfast with hot and cold foods. We always stay here as we pass through Atlanta

Short drive to downtown. Plenty of dining options within 5-10 mins. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and had a mixture of hot & cold itens. Juice machine broke down, would suggest to bring some juice cartons when that happens. There’s a sliding door for the bathroom door in the rooms- that was strange and awkward at times.

Hotel was fine. Three screaming arguments in the hallway after 2am with no intervention from management made it impossible to sleep.

Very average, typical Holiday Inn, however, I complained that the heat didn’t work, and I came back that evening to a brand new heating system. Great service in that area.

Unsafe area, and there were bugs and a roach in my room! The entire building is run down and the elevator is full of scratches and is very rickety. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The Hotel staff was very good, my room was great, and the amenities were also very good. I'm going to be in the area in February, and I'll be staying there again.

The room was in disrepair. No electrical outlets at bedside table just open holes. Panels laying on floor. Mirror in bathroom broken on both lower corners. Toilet rocking and leaking. Night shift desk clerk was courteous. Day time desk clerk just kept saying “I don’t handle that”. Yeah… got to love someone that says “not my job”. You are in customer service. At least say something that gives the appearance of being helpful. The breakfast was out of coffee, pancakes, fruit, and juice. I don’t think I will ever be back.

My carpet was spoiled with a lot of black stains. I reported it to the front desk but it was too late to switch rooms. I was exhausted as I am undergoing chemotherapy. The sheets were stained too as if they were not completely washed. The staff was amazing though.
