Just like the brochure, so to speak. Room was perfect, staff is all-pro, and the restaurant (Cargo) is very good. Excellent bed, quality linens and towels, decent-sized room, great view.

I was at the hotel alone after a long day on my motorcycle and had supper at the bar. Although the bartender was very busy serving the needs of all others in the restaurant, she was very fast to serve me - much appreciated.

Friendly reception. Nice pool with river view but the water is very cold. Beautiful view outside of the hotel. The shower room without curtain and glass door, water comes out easily. For seniors, maybe need to arrange easy access rooms in advance, because it doesn’t have elevator.

Pool is great for small kids had a separate small 1.5m pool with sprinkler sprout in center. So fun. They have safety jacket and floaties.

Only a short stay of one night, but it was a super clean hotel and very friendly staff. My kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub! 5 stars

Shower was not clean and the pool area was very very dirty. The hotel staff was top notch could not ask for any better. Our server in the restaurant was unfriendly and pretended to not speak any English even tho the words we were using were the same in English or French. We used google translate to communicate but still needed to have another guest translate for us. The helpful guest also commented on how the server was just being difficult.

We stayed there for 1 night. Nice staff, nice room, nice location. the only complain is about the resturant, nice view, but food was not delicious. At all, I will return again.
