過敏過敏過敏 ！！！我從來沒過敏過的人 ，從19年知道鳳凰温泉，基本每年最少來玩兩次， 每次玩兩天從沒出現過敏的症狀。 這次來玩，大多數的池子都是維修和不開放， 唯一有的幾個我下水才看見很臟 孩子玩了就過敏了 ，真的當時就想退房，但是又是很遠折騰來的，不想掃孩子的興 ，酒店服務還可以 給開了私湯孩子玩了一個多個小時，我期間再沒下過水，想着第二天早上水才放了再去玩應該能好一些， （鳳凰一直都是10點退房 當天能再玩一天温泉，我之前每次來也都是10點前就會退房 還能在玩一天 但這次我怕後面的水臟 想着12點前也就可以了 結果大部分依舊維護維修不開放 第一天開放過的池子寫的12點後開放）沒辦法 陪着孩子在游泳池玩了兩個小時， 結果現在9點的這個時間， 我實在是氣憤的長篇大論，我的胳膊腿胸前 還有孩子身上這些部位 全部癢的沒有辦法緩解， 全是抓的印子 一片片的小敏敏 孩子身上抓的血痕很，真的我想説你們今年的衞生太讓人失望了 作為一個温泉酒店 你今年的早餐不行我不説了，你酒店設施老化我也不説了，但你不能保證下水的衞生 請問讓人怎麼還敢來。你開的晚我不説了，你最起碼保證個衞生，鳳凰的服務無可挑剔 但是在這次來之前 每一次的温泉建議 我的首選都是鳳凰温泉 覺得水質乾淨服務第一 所以折騰再遠也覺得很值得。 但是這次過後我可能再也不會來了，或者鳳凰温泉也不缺我這一個顧客 一個品牌就這麼做的人越來越少
