Great location- very central. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a large car that wouldn’t fit in the carpark, but they have clear instructions on which other carpark to use so it was no hassle. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean (2 bedroom apartment). Also quiet. Will definitely book here again.

The hotel is great and the laundry can be done in the room. Parking must be reserved in advance, otherwise there may be no parking spaces when you check in. It is very inconvenient to park in the parking space outside. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights.

Great place to stay for the whole family but really hard to contact them on the phone. We stayed for 5 days, no housekeeping or change of towels or linens , or even a refill of coffee and toiletries. Im not sure if you need to request for it inorder for it to be done. Apart from this it was a good stay, my whole family is comfortable.

The location is good, on Elizabeth Street, near the Victoria Markets and there is a tram stop approximately 50 metres away from the front of the hotel. The food, staff and service were all excellent too. The room is very modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Very affordable and we would definitely stay here again.
