Friendly staff clean and comfortable but a bit noisy at night

The price does not correspond to the room given. The climate is not working. The bed is broken and not comfortable. Disappointing no value for money.
The hotel staff was good and friendly but unfortunately there was no way to change the room.

El emplazamiento esta muy bien, en pleno centro y rodeado de muchos bares y restaurantes.
El desayuno buffet igualmente es muy poblre para ser un 4 estrellas

Habitacion reservada a principios de Junio de 2022. Al llegar 38 grados en melilla a las 19:00. El aire acondicionado no funciona el técnico no está disponible y tampoco tienen otra habitacion La solucion que nos dan es colocarnos un ventilador. Vergonzoso para un hotel de 4 estrellas. No se quien concede aquí la calificación de los hoteles. Hemos puesto la correspondiente reclamación pero les da igual. Por supuesto no nos devuelven el importe que se abono con antelación
