I enjoyed my stay. During my visit with Four Points by Sheraton Memphis -Southwind they had a promotion on breakfast (“Breakfast for a Buck” )You could choose from all breakfast entrees for only a dollar ($1.00). This also included a beverage of your choice. The restaurant/bar does offer very good options for food and drinks. Also, the front desk and staff were pleasant. I had a problem with the A/C in my first room that was quickly resolved. My room was clean and tidy. Thumbs up 👍🏼! I’m looking forward to staying at Four Points by Sheraton- Southwind again while visiting Memphis. Thanks!

I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The room was so-so. My colleague said that there was half a bottle of drunk mineral water in the room. My room had a full bottle of mineral water, but I drank it. I was a little scared.

My stay was okay. Probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay there again, anyway. I was charged $100 for incidentals and noticed 3 days later that the charge hadn’t been refunded. When I called to ask about it the girl at the front desk was short with me, then completely rude and hung up on me. I will never stay there again

Bathrooms were small. Beds were small. No free breakfast. It was clean and nice size room. Good for a business traveler but not so much for a family.

The front desk clerk at check in was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided a great restaurant recommendation that we really enjoyed!
The room was very comfortable and the hall way area was nicely quiet.
The pool is heated. Only drawback is the hallway leading to pool is drafty and chilly.

I always love staying here because the staff is so kind. I stayed a week during Thanksgiving week, and on my first night I overheard another visitor tell the lady at the desk that their car had been broken into overnight. There had been 2 car break-ins and one truck was stolen that same night, and the visitors had parked in the back.
I had always felt relatively safe at this hotel, but it made me be on high alert during this visit. I was so glad that I had not
driven. I had decided to try this new bus called Vonlane mostly because I hate driving, but also because my car is among the cars that have been targeted for thefts. I guess this incident served as a lesson to not get too comfortable and be careful.
