Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto CD Mexico

Mexico City|1.76km from Benito Juárez International Airport
This hotel has a very good location because it's just next to the airport and 1 minute away from the metro station. It has comfortable beds, it's clean, it has a shuttle that runs 24/7 and is for free, and people at the reception are nice. However, when u book a hotel close to the airport the goal is usually to get a good nap before the flight and in this hotel it is just not possible because of the noise. The room has the thinnest walls you could imagine, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms (there are doors in the wall between the rooms for some reason, which make the noise even more unbearable), and also because the rooms are not soundproof you wake up at night every time a plane arrives to the airport (believe me the noise is extreme, as if you lived at the airport). Also the price is too high for what you actually get (even breakfast is not included and it's quite expensive to buy). They also respond to messages with a huge delay. I messaged them 2 days in advance to book a shuttle from the airport and they replied after I already checked out of this hotel so I had to arrange my own transportation when I came to CDMX. Overall if you are lucky and get a better room than I did without neighbors constantly talking on the phone and maybe in a different block where plane noise is not that annoying then this hotel isn't that bad. However it is expensive as compared to other hotels in Mexico City and the rooms look much different than how they look in the photos.

I give this hotel 5 stars for some very simple reasons. It's got a good rate, it's a new building, the employees were friendly, the rooms comfortable and generally very clean. Bedding was fantastic, towels of decent quality, and the amenities were a good brand. (CO Bigelow). I took away a start because they list themselves on Orbitz and Expedia as a ”VIP Access” hotel for people who have elite status with Orbitz (or Expedia) of which I am Platinum. They did not offer any upgrade, late check-out, or even mention that I was a Platinum member of Orbitz or that they participate in the VIP Elite program. Sort of disappointing and they shouldn't be listed as a VIP Elite Hotel with Orbitz or Expedia if they're not going to honor what they said they would. (Because listing themselves this way helps them attract more customers such as myself.) Be more honest Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel.

Very satisfied, harvest surprise, very cost-effective, although it is five kilometers away from the airport terminal 2. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. The big TV, visually 60 inches, Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch TV. The big bed can lie down for a family of three. The mattress is very soft, comparable to a zero-pressure mattress in a certain season. I have nothing to ask for when I can lie down comfortably for two days. . Hygienic: very clean, much cleaner than domestic chain hotels at the same price. Environment: Very quiet, no noise. Service: I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and left around 3 o'clock in the morning. The front desk intimately called a taxi for me. It was ten minutes and I liked it.

I arrived in Mexico just before lunchtime and didn't fly out until later in the evening so wanted a place to get a shower, have nap and rest before the flight home. I used an app to search for hotels that offered a 'day rate' and found this one I was really impressed A taxi from the airport cost $MXN 45 and I was there within ten minutes Check in was fast and easy and free tea and coffee are available too The room was big, had great double gazing keeping out the street noise and a really good blackout blind so I got a few hours rest before taking a walk outside and grabbing some food from the stalls near the hotel. Just before checkout I realised I needed to print some documents and the reception did that for me for free, thanks I'd happily recommend this hotel and stay again, thanks, andrew

It works very well for short stays like hours or one night. It was cleaner than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. Just don’t expect to sleep that great, obviously is a very small place and you can hear everything. I brought my own EarPods and that helped a little. The AC contributes to the noise, I was lucky there weren’t many people at the same time I arrived, so the changing room wasn’t crowded. It’s all one room no men or women sides. Overall was a good and economic option. I will use it again. The location was hard to find because there is no one sign coming from the international side. If you are coming out from that side just take the first stairs up on the left, then turn right, pass the food court and turn right again, then you will turn right again and at the end of the hall on the left before the parking lot you will find the izzzleep sign and door. I stayed here June 30 2022.
