The pool was the only part we loved. When we approached the manager about the fact we had no microwave she said "there's nothing we can do about it" the exhaust fan was even falling from the ceiling.

Stayed on a road trip to Texas, very tired worn out hotel. There are holes in carpets, doors and it had a bad smell. Only stayed here because they allow dogs.

Bathtub would not drain. Sink was rusty. No coffee packets provided for the type of coffee pot in the room. TV remote buttons didn't work except for the volume, Overall, a very small room, in a hotel that needs updating and remodeling. Language/ communication problem at check in and check out. Did not see a breakfast. I would not stay here again. I probably will avoid any Microtel, assuming they are all this tiny.

I had requested via phone the first floor. The reason being I cannot walk up to the second, nI use two canes. They gave me the second floor. They said yes I could have the ground floor but it would cost more. I did not mind paying extra. But then was given a room with a stained chair, no towel rack, outlet in bathroom did not work, and a bathtub instead walk in shower. I do not think I will return.

My stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and the room was great! Everything was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy! Complimentary breakfast was good with many choices! I recommend staying here!

Would be nice for longer hot tub hours... 6am hot tub would have been amazing and before an 11 hour drive

I got two room for two nights and both rooms smelt of musty mold. One room had torn up chair, mold in the vent, a hear aid on the floor, mold on the carpet, bathroom had dirty sink and hair on the toilet. Air conditioner fell off the wall. They would only come clean the room. We were already so grossed out. We used the one room that was a little cleaner and let the other room go. I used to send people here when they needed a place. If I could rate it a zero I would. Terrible experience.

Very disappointing stay!! Strong smell of chlorine in first floor hallway due to swimming pool and hot tub serviced. Lingered during entire 2 day stay. We didn’t have any hot water in our room first night. Person at desk made all kinds of excuses why and then finally admitted they had troubles with it throughout the entire hotel for over 2 days. Second day the temperature fluctuated from super hot to iced cold during shower! They have major system problems! Breakfast was another major disappointment! Poor selection of food, poor quality, and ran out of food early and had to get lady at front desk to get us something. No soap in bathroom. Will absolutely not return and will not recommend.
