A beautiful property literally a few steps from the station, yet once you step inside you feel a sense of calm and luxury due to the beautiful surroundings and very hospitable staff, from the bellmen, to the front desk, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Our small room with a queen bed in the 6th floor and overlooked the station exterior and park. It was very clean and well appointed. Only the desk looked a bit worn, but certainly a minor point. Comfy beds and pillows. Coffee machine, tea machine, and we loved the Aqua di Parma toiletries with lovely scents. The buffet breakfast was excellent where again, service was very good. I enjoyed the spa services, including the steam room and salt room. Robes and slippers provided and the facilities were complimentary, including the gym and pool. The spa/gym were sparkling and high-end. To top it off, there was a very convenient complimentary hotel shuttle to take you to the sightseeing area of the Duomo and La Scala, and famous shopping area. We felt pampered during our stay!! Highly recommend.

The hotel is very close to the train station, more than 10 minutes walk, the subway is also very convenient, not far downstairs, opposite the Westin Hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was welcoming. The toiletries were all water from Parma, which was replenished daily and the bathroom was large. Drinking water is delivered to the room at 7 or 8 pm every night. There is Carrefour nearby, and shopping is also convenient. The only drawback is that there is no hot water bottle, but we brought the hot water bottle completely unusable, and the scale felt heavy. The first day was in the morning. I could n’t get the room yet. I wanted to open the box and pick up something. The hotel manager, who opened the office for us with pictures, would keep things from getting messy in front of everyone.

It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

Service is unparalleled, the room is a little bit dated though there was some wear and tear on the furniture. It’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star due to the age and wear and tear of the furnishings. I’ve been at better 4 star hotels at less than half the price so it’s a bit disappointing in that regard. Service is excellent, the staff go above and beyond for their guests. They were able to get my menstrual pads, toothpastes and wine glasses. The lovely staff at concierge even gave us bar snacks for our byo wine and when I first checked in, a map with recommendations of what to see. Shame the room doesn’t match the service.

My husband and I just stayed at Hotel Bristol for 7 nights since we arrived at Milan via train from Venice and we also wanted a central location for easy travel to various areas, including Malpensa airport. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is just a few mins’ walk to the Milano Centrale station and about 7 mins’ walk to the bus stop for the bus to Malpensa airport. We stayed in a triple room as we wanted more space for the room. Our allocated room has a small living area and the bedroom is separate. The room is clean and the space is very good for us. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we will stay at Hotel Bristol again when we are in Milan.

Hello dear, My overall stay at the hotel was good. The breakfast is great. I only had one problem for the first 2 nights I had a room # 712 with 2 tween beds. Unfortunately I could not sleep well during the first 2 night. The bed mattress was not comfortable at all to say the lease. I requested to change my room and only on the 3rd night I was able to get a better room # 412 with good queen size bed. In away I feel that I paid for 2 nights too much money that was not worth the price. I hope to be compensated for this unfortunate situation. Looking forward to your reply.

I stayed at the Hotel Galles with my two year old son to visit the Christmas markets and generally do some sightseeing in December 2022. From the get go the staff were fantastic and we had a room with a large and comfortable cot (with small duvet and pillows) and a big bath tub. The breakfast is a buffet style and has a great range to select from. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was beautiful 🤩 I managed a sneaky glass of wine at the Cardiff bar where Christian was absolutely lovely with my little boy. Whilst we didn’t use the pool, it was great to know it was there if it became too chilly to go out. The location of the hotel is perfect, ten minute walk from the Central Station - don’t make the mistake of getting the airport train to the Cordona station…it’s a 50 minute walk even if the train is quicker! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us lots of advice about where to go and how to get there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. There’s is some residual noise from the streets and the trains but it’s an inner city hotel, so I expected that but it didn’t keep us awake at night. Thanks to all the staff who made our weekend away extra special.

The location of the hotel is quite good, as the friends in front said, passing through a small garden to the most famous street, then the hotel's second promenade and cathedral. There are still a lot of cars passing by at 9 or 10 in the evening, 8 euros a person. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities, clean, tidy, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and even the toothbrush can be with the front desk. Every day, a bottle of water and a hot water bottle are available. Best of all, the hotel has a lot of restaurants on the way to the first intersection and then left to the three intersections. There are many local restaurants, and there is a 40 pizza e Cucina restaurant Pizza and Pasta. Almost all locals. There is a dessert shop next door, and its opposite side has an inconspicuous small food store (three local old mothers) to produce food is very recommended! The city tax of the hotel is 10 euros per room per night. There is no nonsense at the front desk. When we check in, it is a girl. When we check out, it is an uncle. It is very polite and quick to handle. We have questions to ask them, they They all answered in detail and decently, and did not encounter the situation of those friends who had said ”too talkable”. By the way, their beds and pillows are very comfortable, perfect for a comfortable night after a night of shopping. Of course, because there is a convenient tram in front of the hotel, there is a tram sound through the road, but there will be no car at night. There is also a bathtub when taking a bath. The glass door is relatively small and easy to splash out, but it can be avoided with caution, but the water is very large and the water temperature is very good. In short, it is the most comfortable of the four hotels we stayed in. In the area of RMB five or six hundred, this house facilities and the surrounding environment (oh, there is a big supermarket next to it, there is also a Carrefour express on the road), you can definitely give 5 points!

Stayed there for 1 night, the location is ideal as it's just across the train station. However, there are a lot of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel area. So just be careful. Tv was great as it has Netflix and YouTube. AC is also very strong. Walls are very thin as you can hear people talking along the walkway and noises outside. Staff at the counter during check-in was very friendly, even during my check-out. There isn't toothbrush or any utensils in the room, do take note.

Very good location; 5 mins walk from the station and 20mins walk to Duomo. Easy access to the Metro as well. The lady at reception who welcomed us when we arrived was very nice (half pony tail and blond). The phone in the room doesnt work; had to go down to ask for a kettle. The room is really small though as well as the bed. Great that they allow us to store the luggage before check in and after check out. View from the room overlooking the station is not bad. Not noisy.

What a great hostel, I’ve stopped at many hostels in my time but this was very much one of the better ones. I can only comment on our private room however. Friendly welcome, easy enough check in even though we arrived at 2am due to cancelled trains, not a problem! Great bar and area, things always happening. We saw a live jazz band in there for the one night we were there. Pub crawls, city tours for free, speed dating have it all. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. It was quite loud during the night, noisy neighbours (not the hostels fault) and a weird kind of opening of vents or something from the aircon possibly. Couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe worth looking at. Thankyou to the team!

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

What a cute hotel! A short walk from Centrale station. It doesn’t have a traditional reception, but check in was automated and easy and my emails were answered very quickly. The check in instructions were very easy to follow. The room is compact, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, in room safe, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, kettle, tea bags etc. The bathroom is so cute, but again, has everything needed, including a bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rack and magnified mirror. I would definitely stay again. Recommended.

We have to pass one night in Milan en route to the Last Supper of Leonardo da Vinci and then pour Florence.We have chosen this nice hotel due to its vicinity to the main train station. Well I am handicapped and got frightened when I saw no path to my scooter. Big mistake : two kind men from the reception quickly put a ramp over the stairs which stayed during our,too short, sojourn. In addition they kept a part of our luggage until our coming back from Florence a week later If you look for nice,central and full of hospitality- Auriga (in Latin charioteer) will bring you there.
