Sadly we will be checking out of The Gray Milan tomorrow - it has been a fantastic stay here, and we would definitely stay again, and recommended to friends. The staff are so friendly and helpful – we are really enjoyed talking to them and they have been so helpful and attentive. The location is spectacular – we walk out of the hotel front front door and have a view of the Duomo. You couldn’t ask for a better location The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and full of all the amenities you could want. Our room has a view of Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel II which is gorgeous. They have a small bar downstairs, and a cozy place to enjoy breakfast. When it rained, they had umbrellas for us to use. This was our second visit to Milan, and we would definitely stay at this luxury hotel again next time.

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

The location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Great location — close but just far enough from the Duomo and relevant subway stops to make getting around Milan easy and quick. The staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly had our safety in mind. The room was right below the lively rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The room itself was small but perfect for me, my husband, and young adult son. The rooftop bar was fun and felt so glamorous, too! Their menu was on also topnotch, a great place to enjoy aperitivo and enjoy the nightfall sky. You could hear the slight thump of music from our rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. The gentleman at the front desk was also so kind and helpful with all our questions from money exchange to metro stops to restaurant recommendations and even fashion advice!

Not to mention the location is the best! The staff were very very friendly. They were very kind and helpful with taxi reservations, luggage storage, and other inquiries. And he said thank you in Korean, and he was very attentive, so I had a good time. The black interior seems to be a dislike. But there was no shower in the review, but was it remodeled? very good choice, Magnificent room with a superb view of the Duomo. Comfortable, perfectly decorated, and equipped, it fulfills all the criteria for a stay full of magic ☺ We were in Milan at the beginning of May 22 and the welcome we received was friendly, courteous, clear and precise as we expected. Cleanliness, you can go there with your eyes closed (but that said between us would be a shame). We remain enchanted by the setting, we hope to return very soon. We had a great time spending our time at the ApartHotel Duomo. We took a room with jacuzzi. Tidy room, upgraded & modern one, complete amenities, a lot of towels! They provide also bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was very clean and organize; you have everything you need inside. The lights are actually cool it has many options like the changing of leds color & everything but we had a hard time changing the lights hahaha. Price is reasonable because it situated right behind the Duomo Cathedral. You can’t totally call the place an hotel but more on luxurious small apartments. Good for bussiness and pleasure. We stayed there for one night only because we wanted to try and explore in our city since we cannot go out of town. It was indeed a good place to unwind and relax from the anxiety of this pandemic. However, they should be more specific about the paying method because they froze us the same amount of payment for the reservation & then we also paid in the reception so it’s like paying twicely ( no worries though, because they are going to refund the same payment that you did for the reservation although we needed to wait for atleast 2 to 3 days) there’s additional payment for the accomodation & for how many people our going to stay in the room. To sum up, you can’t totally trust the price given online. If you want to book call them directly. Anyways, it was indeed a good experience. We will be back!
