The breakfast was poor, the carpet was terribly dirty, and the countertop should be plastered every day. Because of the sandstorm, it was impossible to wipe it. The place where things were placed on the countertop was not wiped. I wiped them with wet wipes and they were all yellow and black. I feel that I only stayed in a hotel of this standard 20 years ago. The security at the door is extremely high. Hate, the receptionist Xinjiang young lady and a little Han brother in casual clothes have a very good service attitude. If it weren't for them, I would give a bad review. The hot water is not hot in the middle of the night, the air conditioner is not cooling, the window cannot be opened due to the sandstorm outside, and the door is too hot to sleep in the middle of the night.

The environment is really average, and the taste is so big. No wonder Ctrip's score is so low! And the waiter's attitude is not good, the only good thing is that the restaurant is very friendly and helped us cut the melons😂😂😂 We were because there were no rooms in other hotels, otherwise we wouldn't choose this one either!

服務員態度尚可， 工作人員很盡責任， 可能因疫情長期未改善， 設施需要改善更新， 離食店近， 服務細節需加強。

在當下新疆旅遊旺季裏，酒店性價比真是高。前台服務態度也好，很是熱情，知道我們要去沙漠公路，各種友好提醒，對了，還送了一大桶純凈水，貼心！總之，去民豐入住這裡是個不錯的選擇，推薦

停車區域大，房間空間大，衞生乾淨，客房服務態度好，經理特別熱情，早餐品種多，味道也不錯，出去吃飯也挺方便的，夜市就在酒店對面，相當的有實惠。

這個酒店很有意思，因為要寫字，所以得訂有書桌的客房，我們在訂房間的時候特地看了看客房設施，是有書桌的。有書桌的客房配把椅子天經地義的吧，哎，你就遇到了這樣奇葩的事。起先還以為是上一個客人把椅子搬到其他客房裡了，所以就向酒店提出要一把椅子，可前台告訴我們説，他們的酒店客房不配椅子，原因是怕損壞。 還有前台的那個工作人員，從我們進店到離店（不知道怎麼第二天離店的時候還是她）自始至終沒有一點笑臉，也從不主動説一句話，我覺得與這個崗位的職業要求不符，應該加強培訓。
