If I had known the hotel was undergoing major renovation prior to my reservation, I would not have booked with this property. No restaurant, very limited lounge, limited staff, limited and expensive parking - all combined to make an annoying stay. I must say that despite the staff limitations, two members did stand out: Thomas, who was tending bar and came to help us with our bags when we checked in, and Marciela, head of housekeeping, who did the same when we left. Both went beyond their duties to help us, despite the lack of staff. I'm sure the renovated restaurants and other facilities will be nice, but I hope you return to a level of staff and find a better solution to the lack of parking when you reopen as a full service hotel.
