It's okay. Asking the front desk to call a taxi is a trap. It's best to use Uber yourself. It's more reliable for us Chinese people.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Deepak and it's staff are so courteous and accommodating to my daughter and me. It was the best stay we've had in a long long while. Even the smallest detail, they took care of it. Also the hotel itself is very nice. Very Friendly people throughout the hotel and housekeeping is very wonderful too. Thank you and will continue to stay here when in the area. Would've given 10 STARS if possible.

Tabby at the front desk was VERY helpful and kind! Very pleasant check-in experience! The only downsides to the stay were that the pool/hot tub were undergoing some maintenance during my stay which was unfortunate with it being so cold out. There is also no restaurant currently.

If I had known the hotel was undergoing major renovation prior to my reservation, I would not have booked with this property. No restaurant, very limited lounge, limited staff, limited and expensive parking - all combined to make an annoying stay. I must say that despite the staff limitations, two members did stand out: Thomas, who was tending bar and came to help us with our bags when we checked in, and Marciela, head of housekeeping, who did the same when we left. Both went beyond their duties to help us, despite the lack of staff. I'm sure the renovated restaurants and other facilities will be nice, but I hope you return to a level of staff and find a better solution to the lack of parking when you reopen as a full service hotel.

There was no hot water in my room (724) and I had to take a very cold shower. Another guest complained to me she waited a very long time for hot water to get to her room but eventually got lukewarm water. I believe she was on the 8th floor.
I was greeted warmly when I arrived but the front desk attendant this morning (around 6 am) had a wad of Kleenex sticking out of his nose when I came to the desk.
I have stayed in your hotel before and I was surprised to have this experience.

Westin is always a nice, clean hotel. Perfect location for easy access to downtown Minneapolis.
The parking was not convenient and limited dining options on site

This hotel is beautiful! It is in a great, convenient location. And, most of all, the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive! Not only the front desk staff but the manager also. We were in town for Christmas and my husband's first football game. The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! Thank You!
