I always stay at this Hampton Inn every time I visit family in Moline. I have slowly become disappointed in this location...the towel quality is very low grade and the pillows are pathetic honestly. Our shower this time was intermittent hot/cool/cold at best. I am always placed on third floor-not sure if those are "******* rooms". This location is ideal for me -I feel very safe staying here and the updates to the hotel look great and were much needed. The staff is usually very friendly and hotel is clean, breakfast selection and coffee availability is great! Hot water for tea was not hot so husband had coffee, just minor stuff but it ads up.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was really clean except for hand prints on the window. The staff was extremely friendly check in was fast. Great location for all our needs. We will definitely stay there again!

The room we got was spacious and clean.
They had complimentary shampoo conditioner, body wash, and lotion and it wasn’t in tiny tiny bottles.
A wide variety of foods for breakfast. Better than any other hotels that we have stayed at.
All in all an excellent experience!

We were very happy to have a hotel option so close to the airport as we arrived rather late in the evening. Pleasant staff and comfortable bed except sheets don’t fit well and the contour pulled off during the night. We were given a handicap accessible room without our knowledge which meant water on the floor from the walk in shower. A suitcase stand was missing and the air conditioner unit had a blue light that constantly blinked. Worst of all was the shower temperature - uncomfortably cold at 5:30 in the morning! The room has insufficient lighting - too dim. Breakfast had nice fruit options and the usual sugary foods. It was not a pleasant stay.
