It’s a clean great hotel. The only thing I would complain about is the doors to the rooms are SO HEAVY and loud when they close. I wish they would add a sort of hydraulic damper to adjust that. It’s JARRING to be woken up at all times by a heavy slamming door.

Hotel was fine, beds were comfortable, room in decent condition. The hotel is being renovated. We weren’t in a renovated room, but it was still fine. There was zero tv service in the room. I called the front desk and the girl said “it might rain tonight so that’s why there’s no service”. Oddest explanation I’ve ever heard since there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. I would have rather her said I don’t know how to fix it then make up some stupid lie!

This was a great hotel. It was clean and the girl who checked us in was wonderful. She was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was really good too. I would definitely stay there again.

The property needs some renovation. They said they started on the 4th floor. I don't know if they are done or not, but they should put guests in the renovated rooms. Everything is worn, and the bed wasn't even comfortable. The room was clean, and the breakfast was really good, but we stayed two nights in the room, and my husband needed a comfortable chair to sit in. They refused to find another chair for him. The two chairs in the room were an office chair and a small barrel chair which were both extremely worn and uncomfortable. They could have let him use one of the chairs from the lobby, or they said the renovated rooms had nicer chairs, but they wouldn't move one of them to our room. The water in the bathroom had no pressure. It was even hard to rinse out our toothbrushes.

Husband, adult son and I stayed in Mt Pleasant to attend funeral in Pittsburg, TX. We have stayed at the Hampton Inn before. We like it very much. Front desk clerk was
fabulous.Breakfast was good.

The room was in a shabby condition really. I was disappointed because this does not live up to Hampton Inn standards
