I told the front desk before going out in the morning. It is estimated that the front desk forgot to go back to the air conditioner at 9 o'clock in the evening. Immediately call the front desk to send someone to deal with it. After handling it for about half an hour, it was still not good. I thought that I would go for one night first. I would change the room tomorrow. Not long after, I saw a man in a suit coming in. I apologized and arranged for us to change the room. I personally did it. The room card was delivered to the door. The luggage helped us. There was one to say one. Really good service! After changing the room, because the room orientation is different, the overall comfort of the room is not so good. So I feel that the standard is lowered, call the front desk and say no. Later, I was too lazy to toss, because I was really tired after driving for seven or eight hours on the mountain road. I thought about changing the room tomorrow morning, and I also told the front desk about this appeal and psychological discomfort. I didn't expect that the second night was because of the abnormal sound of the air conditioner and I didn't sleep well for another night... The next morning, when I was telling the front desk about the situation, the store manager didn't know when it came out, so we said our demands directly. I want to change the room, the orientation is the same as the first night, the air conditioner must ensure that there is no abnormal noise. Stayed for three nights and changed rooms every day, and my husband's eyes were swollen because he couldn't sleep well. Still very uncomfortable. Later, I returned to the room at night and saw that the temperature of the air conditioner in the room was very suitable, and there was no abnormal noise, and I prepared a fruit platter for us. Overall, the hotel is indeed the best in Muli. But it must be very praised by the store manager. In our words, he is the person with super execution power who knows where to drill out of it, very powerful!
