This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online! Pool was cold, hot tub was down and extremely filthy, breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! Dirty showers, building was cold.

The only problem I had was that I wanted to change my date and the manager on duty said he couldn't authorize the change without even looking to see and let us know that the hotel was already booked for the change I wanted to make. This just caused a pain in the ass that didn't need to happen if he would've checked to see that the hotel was already booked for the changed date that I wanted to make. Instead he caused a lot of time and energy by ******* and myself with phones calls back and forth but if he would've just looked and told me the hotel was already booked none of that time would have had to been taken to try to get a change approved when it couldn't be changed in the first place because the hotel was booked. UGH! AAR!

When we arrived the room wasn’t ready. They said they’d call when it was… never did. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient to Ball State and to the football tailgating. The staff were super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. My only issue was that I could hear my neighbors and anyone in the hall very easily. Luckily when I went to bed they were either asleep or gone.

This hotel is ok for an overnight stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of plugs. Nice shower head. Small tv, which we didn't even turn on. Nice pool, and it was quiet there. Hot tub was not working.
