Staff were friendly when checking in and housekeeping staff were also friendly and personable. Room was clean, one outlet had a broken faceplate but manager was quick to repair it. The beds were very firm/stiff and not comfortable at all. The rollaway bed had almost no cushion, so it felt like laying directly on springs.
The free breakfast was very limited but would be okay for most guests.
For the price of our stay, i wasnt exactly expecting top notch amenities but lack of good sleep options made for a less than desirable stay.

AM Staff is rude. Ceiling is falling and paint is peeling. Some lights in the room don’t work.

My stay was good.. The service at the front desk was amazing.. He was very nice and friendly… The room was clean except for one of my pillow cases was dirty like it had makeup on.. but overall the stay was good..

When you walk in, there is a musky smell inside the hallway, lingering into the rooms. Also I killed a big bug first thing in the bathroom. There were smaller ones crawling around. I couldn't rest all because of the circumstances. I already have a heart and breathing problem. We've been staying there for years but never again. I feel like I should have gotten a full refund.

I wanted a nice quiet place to stay after surgery. They put me and my 90 yr old mother (who has to walk with a walker) on the 2 and floor with NO elevator! So my mom never left to go anywhere cuz she can't maneuver stairs. When I asked at check in go give us a room on bottom floor the RUDE desk lady told me then had none.. but the morning person told me they had plenty! But at that point we had all the bags upstairs already. Do NOT stay here if you are handicapped or can't get up/down stairs very well!

It was reasonable but a couple of items. There was old toothpaste on the chair cushion not cleaned from a orevious customer. Also, side door to building did not allow anyone to exit there.
