They all have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. The finest hotel with finest restaurants, you cannot expect a 5 star facility at a place like muzzafarpur ,the quality and standards of cooking g were like a true 5 strar facility , the staff was well trained as expected,I would like to thank Mr chandan And Nitik for providing us comfortable stay

If you are looking for a getaway stay in the main of The Royal Phular Hotel, is a great option. The accommodation and food is value for money. We had organized our sister's engagement ceremony at The Royal Phular last week expecting to get the best but got somehow below average arrangements in terms of decoration & food (main course). Somehow starter & soft drink were good but could had been better. In a nutshell service not worth of what they are charging in sake of brand name.
