The location is 11mins walk to Chinatown and subsequently to the Hamanomachi Arcade shopping street. It is located where Ouracathedral is, and the bus and tram station is just on the opposite street. My friend and I love the hotel concept/design and safe neighborhood. There’s also a vibey cafe at the lobby, which is very popular with the locals and tourists alike.
The staff is very friendly and the seamless check in and check out process is worth mentioning. Good user experience overall, even though they don’t clean the room everyday (which means you pay less for the room, and can opt to pay the daily cleaning fees if you’re staying for longer period of time).

這是我九州裡住最棒、CP質最高的飯店了，像公寓的設備，房間寬敞，打開兩個30寸行李箱綽綽有餘，和式模式的床板，不怕小孩翻滾掉落，房間裡就有洗衣機，還附3顆洗衣球，有廚房，鍋碗瓢盆、刀子都有，還有洗碗精跟菜瓜布，比我們想的還齊全！雖然有抽風機，煎和牛房間都是煙味，但一下就散去。廁所有浴缸，可以實現泡澡，吹風機是salonia 風力超強，害我跑去買一支！飯店沒有門卡，會給QR code當門卡，感覺十分安全又方便！樓下是JUNE COFFEE，早餐set一份1300日圓，小貴但很好吃又很網美，有推！

今回３泊４日の九州旅行に家族で来ましたが、３泊した中でベストなホテルでした。
２０２４年２月にオープンしたばかりということで、館内は新しく清潔で、１階にはおしゃれなカフェ・バースペースもあり、ロビーでゆっくりと過ごせます。
お部屋も近未来的なデザインで、広く、家族でゆったりと過ごせました。
子どもは２階建て構造のベッドに大はしゃぎでした。
お風呂も広く、バスタブにお湯をはり、ゆっくりとつかれました。
洗濯乾燥機も便利で、フル活用させていただきました。
ミニキッチンもおしゃれできれいです。
テレビもかなり大きく、見ごたえがありました。
なにより、部屋にはコンセントも多く、そのほぼ全てにＵＳＢポートがついていますので、スマホ等の充電も便利です。
１部屋で同時に１０台以上充電できちゃいます。笑
フロントのスタッフの方もチェックイン（原則端末によるセルフチェックイン）をサポートしてくださったり、きさくな方々でした。
この施設とサービスを考えると十分に割安だと思います。
立地もグラバー園にも近い、落ち着いた場所です。
連泊の滞在の方にはとても便利なホテルだと思います。
長崎市に再来した際には間違いなく、第一候補になるホテルです。
一点だけ、、、宅配便の発送ができると便利だと思いますので、早期の対応を期待します。

매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.
직원분들이 매우 친절했고, 내부에서 제공하는 서비스 또한 훌륭했습니다.
조식으로는 1층 카페에서 판매하는 빵과 커피를 한 쌍 먹을 수 있었는데 아침으로서는 든든하게 먹을 수 있었습니다.
방이 매우 넓어서 캐리어 4개를 모두 펴고 지냈는데도, 자리가 넉넉하게 남았고, 콘센트가 침대의 각 사람들이 쓸 수 있도록 배치된 데다가 콘센트에 usb충전을 직접 할 수 있도록 단자가 있어서 멀티탭을 꺼내지 않아도 될 정도였습니다. 또한 가격을 생각하면 넘칠 정도의 어메니티가 제공됐고, 화장실 시설은 그동안 지내온 일본의 숙소 중에서 단연코 최고였다고 할 수 있었습니다.
위치는 걸어서 5분 거리에 트램 정류장, 글로버가든 초입이 모두 존재해서 좋았습니다. 하지만 나가사키역과는 살짝 거리가 있어서 아침 일찍 해당 역을 가야할 일이 있다면 조금 아쉬울 수 있을 것 같습니다.

A hidden gem that is very local to the shopping district. All amenities within a very short walk and across the road to the bayside where there’s lovely walks, flowers and parks.
The staff were very helpful and the team at June Coffee were super friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Nagasaki

The location is good, walkable distance to the famous Glover Garden and the pier to Gunkanjima. The staff is very helpful, they are willing to help us to book restaurants. The breakfast taste good. The room is spacious, big enough to store and open two large suitcase. Overall, we really enjoy the stay.
