衞生：床上被褥都是污漬還末洗乾淨 就鋪上給客人睡 還有衞生間 牀頭櫃都是灰 這是打掃過的？我和我朋友住了一晚 回去當天身上全紅點 太嚇人了
環境： 靠紅山動物園近 其它沒了
服務：直接拿手指人 這合理嗎 對待客人不應該是有耐心 慢慢調理嗎 直接開口罵人是什麼意思 希望大家不要住這裏！

酒店離紅山動物園很近，位置好找，房間整潔，有兩個文創抱枕，空調暖風足，隔音還不錯，這個價格性價比很高了，樓下有挺多好吃的，畢竟在鼓樓區周圍比較繁華。保潔阿姨態度好，主動幫我開門，而且前台也很熱心。總體來説，這個價位還算可以

非常糟糕的入住體驗！樓下裝修，晚上直接停電，，手機都沒辦法充電，這麼冷的天氣洗5的個半冷水澡麼沒辦法用吹風機，熱水很小很小，前台工作人員態度非常惡劣，也沒有任何補償，説你那你就投訴去好了
