多次入住了 ，這次還給升了房型，服務設施齊全，位置優勢明顯，出大門進校門無縫銜接，門口停車方便，30元一天。

很少評價賓館但這次體驗非常差。除了位置之外毫無優點的老賓館
設施陳舊，説是2013年裝修實際上至少再早十年，上世紀招待所風格
中央空調開關是壞的，一開就嘎吱嘎吱響，分貝數讓人無法入睡。晚上準備睡覺的時候衞生間風扇毫無徵兆地發出電鑽一樣的響聲，嚇得一激靈
衞生間浴缸地漏是壞的，也不給一次性的浴缸套
房間內居然不放紙巾
床鋪的席夢思質量還不如出租屋的舒服
外賣不給上樓，放在樓下室外的外賣箱裏，大冷天還得出門走個十幾米去掃碼拿，夢迴大學宿舍
跨年夜湊合住了一晚就匆匆離開了去找鐘點房，實在是讓人對南林甚至南京產生陰影了
出發前知道是公家運營的賓館但是真沒想到差成這樣

南京林業大學的老舊酒店，地鐵站邊，離玄武湖的翠洲也比較近，外觀樓房還行，周邊沒什麼商店，內部裝修就是老舊的招待所水平，基本沒有完整完好的設施，才想沒有住客。

離南林最近的一家酒店，坐地鐵離南京站就一站路，地理位置很好。酒店房間空調很吵，如果12月底來考試，記得帶降噪耳機，但是位置真的很不錯，離南林太近了。

客觀來講，馬桶確實有些老了，水位太深，容易濺水到身上，房間比較大，就是老式招待所，但離南京林業大學很近。

停車收費，空調噪音大，沒法調整温度，洗手池水龍頭搬不動，淋雨都是明管，還拿膠帶纏着，太摳，設施太老舊！！！也就是公家單位的作風！

房間很舊，像老式招待所，感覺灰濛濛的，窗户也很臟。還在抽屜裏發現了上個房客吃剩下來的麪包。總體來説，服務還行，但是環境太破了。
