這個一星好評是給酒店環境，而不是酒店前台服務人員，酒店服務人員蠻不錯，丟了東西，打電話幫我找了，下午打電話催促問一下，説沒找到，沒有不耐煩，衹是想把評價給這個酒店式公寓的環境，確實有點太Low了！很讓人震驚，以後出門儘量避免公寓式酒店，即使預算不夠，選擇快捷式酒店，也別碰公寓的酒店，人雜亂不説，外賣不能上樓，吵的離譜，床鋪潮濕，衞生堪憂，馬桶應該是壞掉了，因為沖水直接將排泄物濺出來！算了不想説太多了，要不是因為趕車出差，當晚絕對是不會考慮這邊的！ 大家如果來旅遊，來玩，一定要避開！

衞生：臟亂差 馬桶巨臭 地皮直接凸起來

房間衞生還是挺乾淨的，窗外景色也很好，床枕頭被子都很舒服，房間內比較安靜，投影也很好看，很多電視都可以看，網絡還行，不算卡。服務人員服務到位，剛開始想看電視，不會聯網，以為打不開，後來工作人員上來幫我連了網絡就可以了，還有剛開始給的十樓，發現天花板有個大洞，跟服務前台説了，馬上就給我換了一個房間。不足之處就是衞生間和洗澡間有點小，而且洗澡間排水不太好，洗着洗着就漲水了。這個價位還是值得推薦的，性價比算可以，附近有地鐵站，從附近地鐵站花神廟站坐一站就到南京南了，換乘機場線非常方便。樓下也有一些小吃店和便利店，總體不錯。
