看介紹説是1986年的房子，但一點也不破舊。位置特別好，去哪裡都很方便。屋內特別乾淨（非常適合對衞生環境要求極高的我）。上午就到了南京，1點的時候詢問能否先寄放行李，房東特別痛快就答應了，並把房間位置詳細的説明一番。很好理解。房屋隔音不錯，太適合長期睡眠質量差的我了。在南京的兩天，休息得很好。
樓層較高，沒有電梯，要拎行李上下樓，稍微有一點點累。如果是上了年紀腿腳不便的長者，慎重考慮。年輕人沒問題的。
性價比很高。以後再來南京還會住在這裏。

最大優點：非常非常方便！下樓就是地鐵站和夫子廟。
給後邊人點停車建議，樓下南邊路邊停車位可以不交錢，省了兩天停車費

住了四晚，優點是：離地鐵站近，出門就是景區！缺點:既然是四人入住，就沒有個大點的餐桌，吃飯一直用行李箱，床墊比床小，挺彆扭！

地理位置超級好，離地鐵站非常近，走幾步就到。離夫子廟和秦淮河也很近。但是小區內部一點也不吵鬧，晚上休息很安靜。房間的床品很喜歡，帶爸爸媽媽來南京旅行，爸爸媽媽很喜歡房間的床品，睡着很舒服。房間也很乾凈，還有投影儀。

跟朋友暑假出遊，我們三個人，對比了很多家民宿，最後一致同意選了這家。入住當天我們提前跟房東溝通好到達時間後，房東親自在樓下接我們。民宿在4樓，真的是居民樓那種房子，但是外觀不重要，室內才重要。房東接我們之前還提前開好了空調，非常貼心，床鋪被單枕頭套真的有做到一批客人換洗一次，值得點贊！
民宿是兩房（兩張大床，一張矮一點，但是大一點。另一張高一點，但是小一點。都能睡兩個人，所以一共可以睡四個人）一廳一衞一廚，有wifi，有一次性牙具、水杯、洗髮水、沐浴露、抽紙、吹風機、燒水壺、洗衣機、衣架、垃圾袋、拖鞋。可以説基本的生活用品都備齊了（但是沒有浴巾毛巾哦，需要自備。反正我們也是習慣自備的，所以沒有也沒關係啦）
房東人很好説話，拖鞋給我們備的是新拖鞋，感動！
我們每天出門逛得好累，回到民宿都顧着洗漱休息了，所以沒怎麼拍民宿的照片（平台上的照片與現實相符的，看平台上的吧，一樣的）
民宿樓下就是夫子廟那個步行街的出入口，距離夫子廟地鐵站也很近。總體來説，這次選的民宿我還是很滿意的，性價比高。

一個很近夫子廟景區的民宿，就是那種很老舊的小區四樓，需要走進一條黑黑的小巷子，上二樓平台，再上四樓。平台有積水和青苔，很臟很容易滑倒，小孩滑倒了兩次衣服都臟了。每次出行路過這個平台都不太方便。房間還好，有冰箱洗衣機，有曬衣服的桿，該有的都有。如果對住宿要求不高的，住民宿還是很方便的。距離地鐵也就五分鐘的時間，去哪裡都方便。

位置非常好，緊挨着景區，還挺安靜。
周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。景區邊上的民宿，讓旅途不再奔波。床也很舒適

房東會在地鐵站接，還幫忙提行李。房間有提供一次性拖鞋、紙巾、燒水壺、冰箱、牙具、衣架、吹風機等用品，熱水温度合適，位置離夫子廟很近。
床是兩個大床，空調製冷力度也夠，可以投屏看動畫片投影。

衞生很一般，還有小蟲子；沒有拖鞋；沒有浴巾；沒有礦泉水；唯一的好處就是近地鐵站；位置一開始不太好找；
