房子是一棟別墅，好幾層，一層有一個客廳，一個餐廳，幾個房間，兩個大門，和外面是通的，感覺不太安全，外面的人能隨意進出，院門的鎖壞了。
房間有點小，設施齊全，但是沒有免費的礦泉水，而且隔音很差，外面人説話走路都能聽得清清楚楚，小區交通還挺方便的，有共享單車和公交，從南京南坐公交就能到小區，離地鐵和商場也不遠，走一段路就到宜家了。

如果想和朋友一塊來玩，完全推薦，這離地鐵站不遠，動享單車不出10分鐘就能到地鐵站，而且住的環境也不錯，房間裏很乾凈，房東回覆也很耐心，這是我和朋友這次去住的房間，很乾凈，哈哈哈哈哈不過我們提前帶了床單什麼的，裏面也有洗衣機，不錯不錯，下次去的話，就認準這了哈哈哈哈

第一次帶娃來南京，整體可以説非常不錯，首先是衞生，沒得説，乾淨整潔。其次是服務房東很給力，下大雨箱子重來門口接還幫忙拿行李。最後是走的時候數據線落在那房東及時送給我！到達第一天還分享了旅遊攻略。位置的話，出門有公交車。地鐵大概十來分鐘吧也就到了！離景點不遠，可以打車！也可以地鐵都能直達！下次來還住這家！

不敢恭維，首先是衞生太差了，地上，衞生間那都是灰，房間好像根本就沒有打掃，設施更不要説了，床上的用品也不乾淨，衹能將就一下！和圖片沒法比！不知拿來的這麼多好評！

爸爸媽媽來南京選擇了家門口的民宿。長者腿腳不方便，特意幫忙協調了這間一樓帶小院子的。環境真的沒得説，很漂亮，房間內設施齊全，乾淨衞生。店家服務很棒，有問必答，態度很好。推薦
