Novotel Nanjing Central Suning

The procedure is quite slow when Check-in. It takes around 30mins....too long Others are very good.

Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants just opposite the hotel, providing a wide variety of dining options. The ease of access to transportation was another highlight, making it simple to explore the rest of the city. Rooms: The rooms at Novotel Nanjing Central Suning are incredibly clean, spacious, and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a fresh and healthy environment. The design of the rooms is modern and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The central location of the hotel also ensures that many rooms offer stunning city views, adding to the overall experience. Service: The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. The combination of its central location, clean and spacious rooms, smoke-free environment, and outstanding service made my visit to Nanjing truly memorable. The view was fantastic. The room was small but practical. They did not have on-site laundry, which was not helpful since my group is moving from city to city.

Perfect location, nice views, clean, and the hotel kept our backpacks after the check-out. English attention secured.

No view hotel . View is blocked by another office building . Counter service is so so only.

The location of the hotel is good near department store, restaurants. The room is big enough but a bit old. Breakfast is so so. Check in and service is good. You need to wait untill 2 p.m. to check in. The water is only two bottle per room.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Plenty of dining options around it. Metro station is nearby. Central location to all tourist spots. Cheapest room is very small though.

Location is very good. Everything is near by. Breakfast was good as well. Even coffee was available. But sadly didn’t find drinking water. Only juice or milk. Hotel room was a bit dusty and some smoke smell was inside. Room need to refurbish and lighting switches were big mystery. As well AC didn’t worked and our room temperature was more than 24 degrees.
