臟亂差，環境一點也不好，衹有一層能住不僅樓層低而缺牆皮脱落嚴重，房間的桌子一點也不平，床上全是臟的東西，窗户上的把手還是壞的，窗簾也非常的臟，進廁所還有一級台階，廁所的馬桶很臟，淋浴間也是濕濕的，地上全是灰塵，沒有一個地方是令人舒心愉悦的，第一次來南京，人生地不熟的，一看這家酒店五百多，想想因該還行，結果呢，那是還行嗎，那完全就是來受罪的

除了前台小姐姐服務態度很好以外，這個酒店一無是處。
一開始給的房間燈是壞的，衞生間淋浴門沒有把手 扒拉開然後一手灰，一股煙味，房間沒有紙，紙都衹給衞生間一卷，然後房間連電話都沒有，要找客服衹能下樓
後來換房間以後有了電話但是並沒有寫前台號碼，還是要去一樓找前台，房間有個燈一分鐘閃四十次，床單不乾淨，沒有洗臉的毛巾，衹有浴巾

位置好，幾分鐘走到景楓商場，,百家湖商圈的自然風光，商業綜合體都近在咫尺。周邊吃喝玩樂非常便捷。離地鐵口也近不足之處是過道牆壁有點掉灰。
