The staffs were great. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Here I need to mention one of staffs 陈坤. He helped me extending my check-out time. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

不大寫點評，但這次的酒店體驗實在是非常差，衞生很不過關，房間裏竟然有龍眼果殼，門鎖還是壞的，半夜叫了幾次才來修，酒店的窗簾遮光效果真的不敢恭維，七點不到就亮的不得了。更奇葩的是隔音效果出奇的差，到凌晨兩點上下左右的聲音還那麼清楚，導致入眠困難，酒店的游泳池水也不是很乾凈！希望全方面改進，對得起旅客的選擇。

南京之行選擇貴酒店 性價比很高 交通便利 快捷 地鐵5分鐘 酒店門口一條美食街 不得不説吃的選擇很多噢 進入大堂很氣派 中式風格 家人們很喜歡 大堂工作人員彬彬有禮 多次遇到都有新年問候 節日氣氛濃厚 半夜入住 前廳男員工小王很熱情給我們介紹明天早餐時間地點 還送給我們温熱礦泉水 直接被暖到 房間很大 視野開闊 衞生乾淨 空調很給力 在房間直接短袖就行 早餐品種很多 比較感興趣的南京鴨血粉絲湯味道很贊 西點也不錯 看的出是用心做的 退房把耳釘遺忘在酒店 很快就接到電話 酒店給免費郵寄到家 這個很開心 500不到的價格 體驗感非常好 有機會一定會再選擇 性價比很贊 希望你們保持

這次入住不是很愉快！但是要説的是門口兩位迎賓服務很好，初到酒店感覺不錯。入住後首先看到破碎的玻璃，帶着倆娃入住這種玻璃讓人感到很沒安全感～聯繫酒店沒有任何回覆！其次到了晚上全部燈光打開後仍然房間昏暗，不亮堂讓人也不舒服，洗手間照鏡子得趴鏡子上看才行，因為燈太暗！還有洗澡沒有熱水，回覆説是因為酒店住的人太多熱水供不上，很無奈沒法洗澡！還有給服務員説加床被子，答應後一個多小時沒送來，晚上快十二點一直等來服務員告知因為酒店入住客人太多沒有多餘的被子了！那幹嘛不早回覆沒有被子，讓客人一直等這麼久？總之入住感覺很不好！！！

每年回大廠好幾次，首選入住金陵新城飯店，酒店房間很大，兩張1.35米的床，一家人都住得下，性價比很高，早餐品種多，服務好，特別要表揚一樓餐廳張曉霞和劉玲兩位工作人員，兩人主動服務意識強，工作也認真負責，每次吃早餐都得到她們的熱情服務，下次來大廠還會選擇入住金陵新城飯店。

設施。洗臉盆已壞，下水極慢。淋浴水量很小。三部電梯未能智能聯動，每**立上下運行。
消費。農夫山泉最普通版，500ml，每瓶收費5元。每間房每天免費2瓶。街頭小旅館的標準。
臉面。入住時前台接待語氣冷淡，表情僵硬。
理念。金陵還在一直倡導賓至如歸的美好體驗，是真的嗎？

附近有很多美食，六合**肉特別有名，聽説這裡是大廠附近最好的酒店，早餐也很不錯，來的路上還路過了南京長江大橋很壯觀。性價比可以，以後來還會入住。
