Cannes Hotel (Nanjing Xuzhuang Suning Headquarters Subway Station)

A hotel in the software park. The environment is relatively quiet. It is a bit far from the city, but it is not bad with a subway station at the door.

Everything else is pretty good, except for the horse head in the room, which feels weird when sleeping directly on the bed. The sanitation and environment are all good. The main services are too general. I don’t ask if I want to continue staying. The room was sold before the check-out time, which resulted in me having to change the expensive room or change the hotel. I placed an order online for three days before, and the front desk knew it. Later, I adjusted the room and refunded the order and re-booked it. You can’t use your mobile phone during the early study period. When you go back at noon, you will say that there is no room. If you don’t stay, you will definitely pack your luggage in advance. Selling, I would stay for one night, so I can just change to a hotel. I am super dissatisfied with the service.

房間還可以，不小、也乾淨，插頭比較多，還有個小沙發和茶几，基本可以湊上三星的邊。但衞生間也就是一星級。早餐還行，中規中矩。綜合看，考慮到價位，還是值得和可以推薦的

環境很好，房間也不錯，早餐也比較豐富，前台服務生超級棒。

先説優點吧∶ 地理位置好，晚上很安靜，外賣會有機器人送上樓，房間也很大，床也很舒服，入住很方便 其次就是缺點了∶ 一進門就有一股怪味，然後讓工作人員上來，他跟我説沒味道，説他沒聞到，有可能是空調管道的味道。然後房間設施也挺舊的，洗臉池一圈全是綠色的發黴的，浴室洗澡也很小，沒有放自帶的沐浴露洗髮水東西的架子。空調是中央空調，這個天晚上有點熱，工作人員説開空調沒用，因為總控那邊的製冷沒開，所以空調也不製冷，一直到晚上四五點才睡着。 總體來説，體驗不是很好，將就將就住一宿吧

酒店住過很多次了，住宿體驗還是很好的，重點説下早餐，因為住了很多次，慢慢看着早餐變得越來越差，這次去住所有的東西都是冷的，讓服務員幫忙加熱一下粥，表面上答應了，過一會去發現還是涼的，讓另外一位工作人員插電加熱，給的回覆是插座不管用，不能用不能休嗎，早餐就是差差差，特地加錢買的早餐，住酒店了，早餐就不要吃了！

房間光線差，衞生間臟，蚊子多，晚上睡覺壓死一衹蚊子，枕頭都是血，第二天收拾房間也不換，真是無語。電梯不用刷卡，外賣不讓送上樓，還沒機器人，打電話給前台，態度十分惡劣，就是表示不讓送，樓下餐廳是對外開放的，人員進進出出，太雜太吵，人員隨便上樓也沒詢問，因為不用刷卡衹要不是穿外賣服的都可以隨便上樓，真不知道他們的來訪登記是做給誰看的。打電話給他們酒店總部，總部表示正跟他們解約中，也無能為力，自己解決，整個酒店也沒一個負責人能説得上話的，唉！這酒店誰住誰倒黴！

開窗蚊子好多，不開窗房間味道大，通風不好，因為卡拔下來窗簾都是自動關上的，很難頂。淋浴噴頭水也比較小。打掃房間的阿姨人手嚴重不足。整體感覺比較一般。
