公寓位於長江路，靠近新街口，地理位置好，交通便利。
酒店式公寓，面積寬敞空間大，房間整潔衞生
房東服務很好，延遲到2點半退房，值得五星好評
美中不足：2015年交付的酒店，設施有點舊了

一次很開心的入住體驗，管理阿姨和叔叔非常的熱情，看見同行有長者，特意囑咐關心了很多注意事項。房因為是連續入住三天，所以沒有麻煩阿姨每天來打掃，需要的東西，和阿姨説，就立馬拿來了。

該公寓酒店地處南京市中心新街口繁華地段，交通、辦事、購物等等特別方便，房間很大且乾淨，冰箱洗衣機等設施都有，平時三百元左右一天的房費，性價比超高，還可以帶寵物狗狗，在南京市裡是少有的了，特別是該店的石店長，待客熱情服務周到，人緣特別好，我們帶着小狗狗，每次來南京都是住在這裏，都感到好似住在自己家裡一樣，謝謝石店長及員工的服務，也謝謝攜程網的介紹推薦！另外，我要對1月23號發點評的住客説幾句我的閲後感:1，你養了寵物🐶，就應該知道養狗的一些規矩，在繁華市區牽狗是不能用伸縮繩的，因為萬一寵物🐶突然發怒，你就無法控制了，萬一傷到人特別是小孩，那就夠你受了，酒店是不須擔責的噢；2，酒店員工好心到店外廣場來接你們，好心提心你帶好寵物🐶，你還不識好人心，在網上粗言惡語地攻擊人家，你要知道人家不這麼做是他們的本份，人家這麼做是他們對你的情份，你應該有感謝之心才對啊；3，現在世界是個地球村了，哪還有誰在計較什麼城市人農村人，大家講究的是人的素養高低了，我希望你要提高自己修養，與人為善，你當天從天津趕到南京，路途遙遠，累了、煩了的情緒不應該發泄到人家員工身上，人家不欠你的！
