Quiet hotel in the middle of the noisy, a few hundred meters away from the bustling city center, good breakfast, adequate air-conditioning, but the bathroom smells like water, but there is no way, there is no need to change the room. Parking spaces are tight, mainly because there are many weddings and banquets in hotels, and parking in the yard is stretched. Overall it's not bad!

The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are clean, and the transportation is convenient. It is only ten minutes away from Haile City. We have to stay one more night temporarily. The front desk of the hotel still helped us to extend one more night during the May 1st housing shortage. Not only did the price increase, but it was cheaper than the original price I had set. Thank you very much for the handsome guy at the front desk! I will definitely stay here next time I go to Lishui

挺超值的，價格很公道，沒有因為馬拉松而漲價！大堂高大上，房間挺乾淨，停車還行，應是之前zhengfu招待所改的吧，前面就是溧水區人民zhengfu，整個管理挺好的，小細節都不錯，電梯邊都有一次性紙巾，早餐還行，本來早餐是7點多開的，為了服務馬拉松選手，6點多就開餐了，真貼心啊，感謝🙏

住宿環境很好，服務和衞生都不錯，房間大，採光非常好，停車位多且免費。為了溧水草莓馬拉松，酒店早餐提前到了06：00，退房也可以延遲到下午2點，非常不錯的一次住宿體驗。

來溧水參加馬拉松，訂的房間。想着其實政府的招待所，品質都會比較有保障。果然，除了設施較為老舊，這樣的價格，位置、環境、衞生，都極具性價比。
但是，要説説服務，前台和餐廳服務僵化，沒有市場化星級酒店的靈活，因為一大早比賽去餐廳就餐沒帶餐券（這當然是我個人問題），想要先用餐，賽後回來補，被餐廳拒絕，被前台告知早餐“58元一份，一般是不給補的”不情不願補了券。我實在氣不過這種不願行方便的行為，立刻回房間找回餐券還給前台。是否，作為服務行業，在可以操作的空間裏，儘量為住客提供便捷呢？
