The front desk staff is polite and friendly. The only shortcoming is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. We want to keep the salted duck fresh. After communication, the service staff said that the refrigerators in other rooms are good and asked us to move one over. I personally think that it is one thing for us to be willing to move. We moved it over and changed it ourselves, and we also moved the broken one away by ourselves. This should be done by the hotel customer service staff and became our business. I feel that the service awareness is weak and slightly inappropriate. After all, we are customers, and we are very tired after walking for a long time during the day. The breakfast is rich and varied, with local specialties and a combination of Chinese and Western, and rich choices. However, the service staff charged half price for some children who were over 1.2 meters and under 1.4 meters tall. The next day, they did not charge breakfast for some other children. The parents said that it would be charged only for children over 1.4 meters tall, and the other party did not charge any extra money. I don’t understand why they charged my family (1.2-1.4 meters) the day before yesterday. If they could just charge me, they would chase me and ask which room I was from. I clearly told them when I entered the door, but they made a mistake. This is inefficient and it is embarrassing to disturb people’s meals.

Free upgrade to suite, the room is fully equipped, the layout is reasonable, the environment is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, the decorations arranged in the hotel are also very cultural, the yard is large, parking is convenient, and it is very quiet!

After checking in, I was given three lip services in a row, checked in at 10 o'clock, upgraded to a suite, and received fruit upon check-in. When I left, I received a gift from Song Xiaopeng.

It is indeed the only garden hotel in the city, with green space in front and garden in the back. Although I booked a special room in the corner, the configuration is no different. The room is quite large and right next to the fire escape. Welcome fruit was also given, but the bananas were not very tasty 😄. The service was also very positive. When I checked in, there were guests in front of me, and I thought I had to queue up. Another front desk helped me check in and asked if I drove here. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the name. The lobby is also very beautiful, but I didn't take pictures.

The hygiene is really bad, as shown in the picture, the pillows and quilts have a strange smell, and there are unknown objects that are not cleaned 2. There are only 2 bottles in the room, which is not enough. I called the front desk and they said I need to pay extra. I am really impressed. It is still a 4-star hotel
