好久沒有點評過賓館了，真心話，太舊太舊了，椅子都舊了發黃通洞，彷彿回到20年前。如果20年前確實是個很好的賓館。放在現在21世紀，真的應該重新好好裝修一下。缺點：設施實在太舊，晚上馬桶水箱的水一直在響，影響睡眠。大堂沒有沙發，不能休息。優點：非常安全，進入必須刷房卡。我算很晚到南京就住一晚，選擇了這個酒店，雖然看過點評知道設施很舊，但是就住一晚在春節期間的新街口，還能湊合，價位也還能接受。

位置不錯，價格也不錯，五一期間還能定到低於五百的房間很開心，後面就是德基。旁邊是麗思卡爾頓酒店。5000多一晚，
不過價格便宜也得把酒店衞生做好。洗臉盆很臟，邊上都是黑垢。床也不好。我老公睡下去床就哼嗯哼。

保險大廈賓館位於新街口最繁華地段，緊挨着德基廣場，逛街覓食無比方便，如果你想乘坐地鐵，可以從德基廣場負一樓（7號通道口）直接下到有二十多個地下通道換乘，也可以穿過地下通道到金鷹大廈吃吃喝喝。我們開的這個房間很大，西邊北邊都有窗，西側能看到德基廣場，能看到傍晚的夕陽。窗簾遮光效果很好。

4日早上準備退房時，在房間門口碰到客房服務員（不知道名字），她記性真好主動跟我説1日那天有件T恤落房間了。正在忙於工作的她，熱情的幫忙下到七樓領回衣服，這家賓館環境衞生也很好。逃生樓道特別乾淨整潔，這些地方往往容易疏忽的衞生卻做的很到位。

房間很小，沒有空調，很破很古老，電話不能用，床底一團餐巾紙，潮濕味很重，離譜一整棟都沒有空調，但是買的時候記得寫的是有空調的，鏡子對着床，不知道是什麼設計，洗臉池很臟很多膠都黑色的那種，浴巾上面還有一根彎曲的毛髮，誰能懂啊出來玩，當晚入住放了行李看到這樣，真的影響後面玩的心情

一年有半年在出差，這次我得好好吐槽一下，因為在這開會，為了方便，在這預訂了房間，首先我想説，誰遇到過從前台開房到開房完事，前台服務員沒有和你説一句話，連看都沒看你一眼，酸個臉，拿東西還摔摔打打的，我問你，化濃粧那個前台，我砸過你家玻璃還是我欠你錢沒還？？？你那個態度給誰看呢，我得罪你了？房間環境不多説了，那魚缸就是個擺設，電視像素一點都不好，這次體驗太差勁了，就有這樣的前台，真夠嗆，環境是硬件這個過得去大家都無所謂，但是軟性最基本的服務都做不到，還能有多好！！！

老酒店了，給我安排的房間比我在網上看的圖片要新，位置極佳！出地鐵走兩步就到了，就這位置還有啥自行車，很可以了！去哪都很方便！但半夜十一點多被敲房門，敲了三次後來聽打電話像是住客走錯房間，一個人在房間沒給我嚇死😭

1.房間很舊，牆紙到處破裂，地板很臟。而且就算開了窗也不透風，空調不製冷，晚上睡覺直接熱死。
2.衞生間馬桶又臟又破，沖水的閥掉下來了，要自己抵上去再用。
3.洗澡沒有花灑，一個固定的噴頭水噴的很散，要站在浴缸裏洗。
4.房間整體有股異味，時間久的原因。被子床墊都是我自帶的，不敢用。
總體來説，沒住過這麼差的酒店，管理酒店的人也無所謂，愛住不住。
