Check in and breakfast were good.
The room was clean BUT so old. I can see that the restaurant and hallways have been refurbished but the rooms are not 5*. I’m quite annoyed that I booked a 5* hotel to relax and it wasn’t of the best quality. The bath was cracked, old tiling, bad seals.
I saw a review response from the hotel saying that they have refurbished rooms… these are the rooms customers expect when they book a 5* hotel. Can’t say I’ll go back again.

During the May Day holiday, I booked two rooms for two consecutive nights. The front desk helped me upgrade the room. The room is large, the equipment and facilities are relatively new, and there are music options to play. The room is very clean and has no odor. The bed sheets are clean and new. There is a bathtub. The location is close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, Phoenix Plaza, Complex Shopping Mall, Baijia Lake 1912. It is very convenient to walk to the Ferris wheel. The breakfast is rich. The shower room is not drained enough and it is easy to leak water. I hope it can be improved.
