入住體驗巨差，晚上想喝個熱水結果發現燒水壺都發黴了.……隔音也特別不好，凌晨三四點被隔壁聊天聲吵醒。

1. 酒店地理位置很好，就在紫峯大廈旁邊
2. 房間比較寬敞，還有一個小沙發和小圓桌
3. 前台小哥哥和小姐姐服務特別好，天氣寒冷幫忙接了很多次熱水，也積極協調幫助我們換房
4. 酒店的早餐不錯，有我最愛的西紅柿炒雞蛋

五樓房間很多，有點繞，第一次來需要找一會。
房間不隔音，夜裡可以聽到隔壁大聲打電話以及別人路過門口的聲音，在房間內聽到保安敲門提醒隔壁，之後沒有再大聲説話（取決於個人素質吧），所以當晚並沒有休息得很好。
房間內乾淨。
第二天退房換了樓上的桔子水晶，有條件、注重舒適體驗的人羣還是可以升級一下的。

也住過很多漢庭了 但是這個真的是感觀不好 房間也不是特別乾淨 然後房間佈局就像迷宮一樣 找房間大概找了五六分鐘都沒找到 早餐咋説呢 如果不是小朋友想吃自助 餐品真的真的很少 東西也不及時補 四個人吃 根本沒吃到什麼… 還是自己付費的早餐 還不如去樓下吃一碗鴨血粉絲湯

房間挺乾淨，前台服務員熱情周到。但早飯明明説是到十點，我們整9：30進去，有個服務員説雞蛋沒有了，另一個男的像領班一樣的暗示她沒了就沒了，於是九點半之後進來的都沒吃到雞蛋和小蛋糕。

接待我入住的服務員對回覆手機微信比對我認真。
衹有打掃衞生的阿姨看我掛了靜的牌子沒有闖進來打掃衞生值得好評。還有五樓的早餐也是值得肯定。

此番我們老夫妻倆自由行南京遊，住宿漢庭酒店（古樓店），我從預訂前的諮詢酒店前台，到住店離開返滬。無論從前台的服務人員，還是客房的保潔，以及早餐的服務，都給我留下很好的印象。尤其是客房保潔，服務員做得規範到位，洗臉盆的水籠頭每天都擦得很乾凈，還幫我們被子整理好，我們每天遊玩回客房，有種温馨如家的温暖感。住這家店出遊交通便利，我以後來南京玩，還會選擇你們的店住，並且還會介紹給我的朋友。／
