Great Holiday Inn experience. Good value for money, very central and conveniently located next to malls, tourist areas and amazing eateries. From arrival, the staff are genuinely kind and courteous. A shout out to Alan for checking us in quickly, even though it is a timely process for foreigners. He also upgraded our stay, which was a pleasant surprise! 😁 As for the property, and amenities, it is standard Holiday Inn vibes, though a bit dated and in need of a modern facelift. I would definitely recommend this holiday to friends and travelers to Nanjing.

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

The location of this hotel is great. Only a couple of mins from the station. The staff were also extremely helpful. However the standard of this Orange Hotel was not the same as others. It was extremely dated, lots of things were broken. It was dusty and the floor felt sticky. The only reason we didn't move was due to the proximity of the station. I would recommend staying at a different Orange.

Great hotel, a bit worn off but good overall… customer service could be better at the reception only one person was a bit upset maybe because we didn’t speak Chinese? I booked three rooms for three nights. Overall, the boss's service attitude was very good. The location is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The price is acceptable, but there are still some areas worth improving. 1 Especially the bathroom bed curtain. I didn't realize it was so transparent before booking. It's okay for a couple to stay, but it's really awkward to bring a family during a summer trip. It's also awkward for two people to share a room, one old and one young (oh, the sewer in one room is very slow and can easily get clogged) It’s the kind of embarrassment that can be seen clearly even when you’re sitting on the toilet! ! I suggested that the boss change the curtains. We were all doing the laundry together while the others went to other rooms to sit and wait. It was very tiring. 2. Another one is hygiene. Maybe the garbage in the hotel will not empty the paper towels for you every day. You have to ask before the sheets are given and the bath towels may not be changed. It should be the same (actually, the boss asked the aunt to change it for us that time. She just went in to empty it. took out the trash and didn’t change the sheets) 3. We booked this apartment (it is NOT a hotel) for 2 days in Nanjing. We arrived too early so the room was not ready and we spent a very long time giving the receptionist details and answering her questions, helped by a translating app (even if we speak chinese, apparently she did not understand us most of the time). We were told to come back after 14 so we did, but we had to wait there for more than 30 minutes and we were in a rush for an appointment! Even if we told her so, she kept us there asking for more documents and making us almost miss the appointment. The room per se is nice enough, we were on the 28th floor so we could see a good view of the surroundings, but it could have been cleaner. There is no floor mat in the bathroom but we were given (supersmall for us) plastic shoes. The bathroom also has no face towel, just a packaged paper one. No toilet paper, just a small box of tissues. The room has a double bed (with linen that you could see had been washed but still had yellow shadows from past stains), a sofa and a big projector for the tv on the wall. There is also a small kitchen with fridge, but we didn't use it. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but the service was not good and the room could have been cleaner and better organized.
