Beautiful, beautiful hotel. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Our room was amazingly beautiful, spacious, lovely view. Breakfast was nice, but more options would be better. I enjoyed my stay here, I highly recommend this hotel😃😃🤭👌

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its staff were amazing, they were friendly, efficient and went extra miles in providing the best service. They were accommodating and always met our requests and expectations. Otherwise, the hotel has very high standards in its room and other facilities. Its proximity to shops and restaurants and indeed all other conveniences such as banks and metro made it a true top choice in any sense. It is worth noting that it went to great lengths in conyacting us for an item left behind after we checked out. also worthy of note is Miss Fanny who is truly caring and made us feel warmly welcomed from day one. I would thus highly recommend it for you.

Facilities: Complete, adaptable and comfortable Hygiene: Excellent, there is no smell in the room Environment: The surrounding environment is quiet. If you book a room with a view, you can see the port outside the window. Service: The service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the taste is great. Because there are many Korean companies around, the breakfast has a Korean style, I like it very much. There is a restaurant run by Koreans downstairs, which is authentic, delicious and not expensive. Overall, I like Holiday Inn very much, and this hotel helped me register as a member. The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities. Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh. Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

The transportation is convenient, just after subway line 3 comes out. The environment is beautiful, facing the lake, and the hotel looks at the fountain by the lake at night, and the scenery is pleasant. The service is superb, because bringing a child to give away toys and small schoolbags, because filling in the information makes the hotel a bit of time, the lobby manager Kenneth also presented two free drinks, the breakfast is also very rich, it is recommended!

The front desk was very welcoming and upgraded for free. The suite room is large and very clean. Next to it is business and food. The front desk is very efficient and has prepared bills and invoices early to ensure a smooth check-out. Breakfast includes Nanjing specialty old duck vermicelli soup. The hotel is not far from Niushou Mountain, so I checked in after get off work. The transportation is very convenient, just at the highway entrance.
