No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).

Great room: extremely large and spacious for the location and price! Large bathroom with shower and tub, and a very nice view. Comfortable bedding and clean room. Excellent location right downtown. Swimming pool on the roof is not air conditioned but it's nice otherwise. Breakfast is a little lackluster and front desk service could be friendlier, but overall very good value for money. We will return when in Nanjing again.

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

The hotel is very good. We found one temporarily because we thought it would be closer to Nanhu, where our friends live. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free.
