Comfortable, sizeable room located close to old town and near the conference I was attending. Staff was efficient and kind (although needed a little help checking in passport-holding guests). To be fair, I believe the room came with a warning, but there is absolutely NO soundproofing and we could easily hear neighbors and people in the hallway, so bring earplugs if you need silence to sleep. Beds are on the harder side (normal for China). Breakfast is standard Chinese, which I personally enjoy, but others may not.

The hotel is very well located, near almost everything you want to do downtown. However, as it is near everything, get ready to be awake early by either the noise from the street or people in the corridor, as the walls are thin. The hotel's parking lot is big enough so that you will have no trouble parking your car. The receptionists are very kind, even though they do not speak any English. The TV turns on without reason from time to time, so you better unplug it. As you can see from the pictures, the shower is not the most comfortable, yet it is good enough for a solo traveler.
