Best Villas in Nanjing

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

Nice Hotel in perfect location, getting a bit old and rooms need a upgrade to modern design. Check in was not good. Waited a very long time as at main check in time only one staff at the counter. Only after complaning a secong staff stop playing on his smartphone did checkin. That is not acceptable, long que at check in and staff ignored the que and play all time on his smartphone

The hotel is very well located, near almost everything you want to do downtown. However, as it is near everything, get ready to be awake early by either the noise from the street or people in the corridor, as the walls are thin. The hotel's parking lot is big enough so that you will have no trouble parking your car. The receptionists are very kind, even though they do not speak any English. The TV turns on without reason from time to time, so you better unplug it. As you can see from the pictures, the shower is not the most comfortable, yet it is good enough for a solo traveler. The bed is comfortable, and the room's cleanliness is fine.

Overall experience was good , rooms are a bit aged. Somehow the water was down on Friday night at 21-00 for 3-4 hours , after 3 calls reception finally answered and said they don’t know why many rooms doesn’t have water. Also suggest to review movie list, half of them are not displayed anymore, or play just 6min and then off; lack of English movies and new releases.

Very good hotel which we booked last minute but was a wonderful choice. Near enough to walk to metro (10min) and very good noodles and bao stalls just right next to it. There were also supermarts nearby. Plus point is having 2 toilets, each for each room. To improve: not sure why there is a nespresson machine but no capsules. No teaspoons, no utensils. Just 2 little cups.

great location, great value, Room is not big but very french. very clean. this is what I wanted. Service was great. especially Joanna in reception made my day, she represent true hospitality of the hotel. will come back ! highly recommended.

First time to Nanjing, thought about booking one of these Shangri-la, Marriot, Andaz, Kempinski and Intercontinental. Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.

Hotel Customer Service Lin Xiao When I complained to the breakfast staff in the VIP building that the decoration smell in the rooms in the VIP building was too strong, she may have overheard it. Later, she took the initiative to find me while I was dining and came over to apologize for this matter. He also gave me a gift and took care of me and moved me to a room in the main building today. Originally I wanted to change to a hotel today, but then I thought it would be okay to stay another day. I placed an order for a double room in the main building that day on the software. She said that if I came over, let her know and she would wait for me in the lobby. He said that he had arranged for a free room upgrade and offered a breakfast. My problem was successfully solved. I am very grateful to Lin Xiao, which shows that the hotel has put a lot of effort into employee training. I usually pay great attention to cultivating the service awareness of each employee, and it will be naturally reflected when needed. A very satisfying stay experience.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Our room was amazingly beautiful, spacious, lovely view. Breakfast was nice, but more options would be better. I enjoyed my stay here, I highly recommend this hotel😃😃🤭👌

I am very grateful to Xiao Pan at the front desk for carefully upgrading my room, which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful view of Xuanwu Lake and experience the beautiful night view of Nanjing. The hotel's service made me feel warm, meticulous, distinctive, and most importantly, comfortable.
