Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.
