The location of the hotel is quite good. There is a subway within a ten-minute walk. It is very convenient to Qinhuai River, 1912 Scenic Area, Presidential Palace, and Xinjiekou. The decoration of the whole hotel uses a lot of marble, which has a good texture and is indeed very European in style. There are paintings collected in the hotel lobby and on the fourth floor. Although there are no particularly heavy works, they are also worth seeing. In addition, the hotel's restaurant tastes good. There are two disadvantages of this hotel: 1. It is indeed a bit small. Including the executive lounge, restaurant and other areas, the space is a bit cramped and very close to the next door. It is not very comfortable when dining. 2. The service staff in each link are a bit off. It may be due to the Spring Festival, and there is a shortage of staff. The lounge happy hour will not start until 9 pm, which is also the first time I have seen it (the service staff told me that it was because they had to wait for the restaurant to close, otherwise no staff could come to the lounge to provide services) The concierge at the gate was dressed very professionally, but he did not help the passengers with their suitcases. On rainy days, he just watched the passengers carry two huge luggage by themselves without help. It is annoying.

I transferred back to Beijing from Nanjing during the Spring Festival and spent two days here. The hotel is one subway stop away from Nanjing South Railway Station. The hotel is right after exit 2A of the subway. There is no distance. Most of the scenic spots are on Line 3, so it is very convenient. The appearance of the hotel is indeed average, and there is no environment at all around it. But it was clean inside and there was no smell in the room. We stayed in a double bed room on the 8th floor. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the waiters were very enthusiastic. Personally, I think it’s okay to include breakfast for two at this price. Everything is cost-effective. This price cannot be compared with a five-star hotel. We didn't spend that much, but it is definitely worthy of the price. We went out to eat at noon, and customer service staff Sun Youmei helped the child re-swipe his card to open a room, and also gave the child a bag of snacks. Thank you.

整體還是很不錯的，特別是安全性很高，進入電梯區域和坐電梯都要刷房卡，讓人特別放心！最讓人印象深刻的是。酒店每天都送兩瓶自製的酸奶，特別好喝，還有一些零食點心什麼的，特別温馨。就是位置稍微偏了一點，離購物區比較遠，但是離地鐵站S3線的下村站特別近，直達南京南站，非常方便。另外酒店內部有早餐 總體也還可以。

The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities. Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh. Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

Thank you to the hotel for its considerate service and the late check-out service, which gave us enough rest time. The whole environment is very good and quiet, making it a place where people can come back again and again. Special thanks to Rourou and Lema for taking care of us and making us feel at ease and considerate during this trip. The only flaw is that the shower head is too high and cannot be adjusted, making it difficult to take a bath, but the flaws are not covered up and I will come again next time!
