1.預訂的江景房，衹能側面看到江，應該在客房圖片介紹上明確朝向或者説明，以免客人誤會。2.房間年老失修，天花板漏水，就在燈具旁邊漏水，有嚴重安全隱患。3.我是攜程VIP，可享受16:00退房，前台一句話説沒有服務員，衹能14:00點退房，不能完成的承諾乾脆不要承諾。本次住宿時間很短，但是感覺不盡如意！

2.樓層高風吹的很大，窗户根本關不緊，關緊的話風吹玻璃碰撞聲音很大，根本睡不着！
