Na verdade ao chegar no Pontalmar, devido a problemas com o aquecimento de água fomos transferidos para o Rifóles Resort (hotel da mesma rede) localizado na frente do Pontalmar. Experiência maravilhosa!

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family. 2 rooms reservation. Average accommodation, decent breakfast, swimming pool under construction, very poor internet connection. To top it up, 2 Hurley board shorts of my oldest son simply disappeared from the room and the hotel could not provide any resolution at all: frontdesk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when they assured us that the hotel would get back to us in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort.

old hotel, musty smell. Horrible bed. The sauna was not working. It's not worth the price. The hotel is 3 stars at a luxury price.

Harmful experience. It was raining and we wanted to take the stairs with our suitcases because one elevator was undergoing maintenance and the other was broken. My husband has mobility problems. We refuse, of course. They put us in another room on the ground floor with a musty smell and when the elevator started working again, we would go to the room that had been assigned to us. Well, that room was occupied by other customers and we, by another at our insistence. Booking offered to resolve and reimburse, but they refused. The booking says 4 stars, but I would put one and explain: dirty sofas and a torn room at reception; leaks on the bedroom balcony; the rusty drains; the lack of empathy from the "manager"... The very rich breakfast and the staff at this place and the swimming pool are what save this hotel.

The Hotel offers good service, close to the beach and places that work with tours... We loved the tours to Genipabu and Pipa, we will definitely be back soon. The Paparazzi staff are also super attentive and offer the best photography service

We thank Mr. Oliveira, because thanks to him we discovered this incredible hotel. Helpful service, limited parking space, tour information at reception, cleanliness ok, busy enough. We even did a photoshoot with a professional paparazzi photographer, and the saleswoman Camila was very kind to us, showing us all the package proposals so we could have this Christmas memory in our photos, we loved it.
