We always like staying at Hampton Inns. We were very disappointed with room musty smell. Location was good and the restaurant on the river was great. This hotel needs upgrading.

Very nice and big rooms , comfortable beds, love the pillows . I would definitely talk to the housekeeping the bathroom wasn’t clean had hair in the shower, the sink needs to be unclogged doesn’t drain good . Room needs a good cleaning needs to smell fresher smelled little musty. The location was great easy to find and close to everything.

Billing issue at check-in but they resolved fairly quickly. Some guest was beating on a door at 2, 3, and 4 am but I didn't feel safe opening our door as people are too unpredictable.
Food was great. Room and bed clean. Carpet smelled though. All staff was excellent. Location is excellent. Hotel is beginning to show it's age though.

SERVICE AND STAY WAS GREAT, BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, BUT OVER ALL WAS A CLEAN AND FRIENDLY PLACE TO SPEND THE NIGHT, ROOM WAS SUPERB AND BED WAS COMFY

Air Conditioner was extremely noisy. Shampoo dispenser was not attached appropriately to the wall in the shower/tub. Fell off of the wall at 4 am. Woke us up

We prefer not to be on the first floor but there was something going on that weekend and that was the only room available. Other then that we have stayed here several times and would stay there again. The staff including the cleaning ladies were very nice and sweet.

Everything is good had a problem with house keeping I asked for housekeeping for my room it's been 2 nights without being cleaned went to the desk and informed them about my room ( she said it was supposed to be done) I informed her it was not done she then gave me a large garbage bag and clean towels I had to clean my room myself and put the bags outside my room
