The hotel location is excellent, the landscape is awesome, lobby is big and nice and the room is spacious. Unfortunately, the hotel had all the ingredients for 5 stars hotel; but, during my stay the hotel just resumed operation and had many works in restaurant, staircase and swimming pool area. The fitness room has only two treadmill machines and the spa is not operated. The dust is all over. The room carpet is aged and dirty and the path room need plumbing maintenance. The same issue on the 5 rooms of the team. The bed was very good with clean and nice bed sheets. The closet requires maintenance. Only one elevator is runing causing sometimes long waiting. So the hotel if it is renewed and focused on total clearness, then it should be 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and hostile. I didn't regret my stay in this hotel where i liked the interior design and the spacious room. Hopefully with the ongoing improvement initiatives shall be in a better condition next time to visit. Finally, room rate is quite high at this condition of the hotel.
