I really had an excellent experience. I was only there for the marathon weekend with a friend, but it felt like we were there for a six months holiday. We had the biggest room with beautiful panaronic mountain views. The room was spanking clean, and tranquil. It felt like my own bedroom at home.The staff was super friendly including security at the gate. I loved the hostess, Nomthandazo. She was very professional yet super friendly. We had a long conversation, she made me feel like I've known her for years. As previuosy mentioned, my friend and I were only there for the marathon, so we didn't have a chance to experience the food. But, judging the dining area we could tell that the food is really good. This is definately a world class establishedment with excellent service and friendly staff. I will definitely come back for a longer stay! In fact, this will be my go to guesthouse going forward.

the sensor light and fan in the bathroom is very annoying, when you move in the room it goes on and off. I had a ant problem in the room That was not tended to, before I arrived, so I had ants running over everything. Food can improve

Great service, clean and comfortable. Facilities and rooms are well maintained, and the staff were helpful and very mindful of my needs. The location is excellent if you are doing business in town because everything is close by.

The staff is very much welcoming. Their food is great. Rooms are very much neat and beautiful, especially my favorite room 16. If is a private luxury room for a couple. The outside shower is amazing, I just wish they could let it be used during summer time.
