The hotel itself is beautiful and location is perfect. Our only issue unfortunately was the wifi strength. It should be noted we had such an issue with the wifi over our 5 day stay that management did credit us back one night's stay, so that was helpful since we had multiple conference meetings that kept dropping or had to be switched to a phone call as the wifi was that poor. I'm sure it was a bad router issue and they'll have it fixed but everything else about our stay was first class!

Very disappointed when they told me they had a car to take me to the airport for one price then upted it when we got there saying more to use card when I was never told and only option for tip was above norm and you couldn’t change it.
